Staging the perfect residence
Located on Philadelphia’s Avenue of the Arts, Symphony House includes a 31-story luxury condominium tower with over 290,000 square feet of cast-in-place concrete construction, the adjacent Suzanne Roberts Theatre of the Philadelphia Theatre Company, a 31,000 square foot steel framed performing arts theatre, and parking, integral with the building, providing for 450 cars on six levels totaling 153,000 square feet. The complex features a one full floor spa, fitness and indoor pool facility, full restaurant and bar and a grand lobby.
The project received the Award of Merit from the Delaware Valley Association of Structural Engineers and the Grand Prize Award for Architectural Concrete/Precast Claddings by American Concrete Institute of Eastern PA and DE Chapter.
