Keep climbing

This project integrates the University’s commitment to sustainability into the design of a two-story, 69,000 square foot facility for exercise, fitness and recreational use, including large, open spaces with natural daylight, geothermal heating and cooling and green roofs and walls. The project features a parking garage with 82 available parking spaces.

The program features two traditional gymnasiums, two racquetball courts, a large multi-level fitness atrium with a rock climbing wall, and a 650-foot-long elevated running track, with one level of parking below the main gymnasium floor. Walk out green roofs and highly visible exercise areas make the facility attractive to the student population.
