Luxury meets the arts
Located at the intersection of Broad and Spruce Streets and directly across from the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts, this 47-story, 400,000 sf residential reinforced concrete building features 108 luxury condominiums with a residential lobby and a porte cochere; a fitness center and pool; library; game room; and garden terraces with outdoor dining. The project also includes ground floor retail space as well as one level of above-ground parking for 151 cars with stackers.
The structural system for the building consists of cast-in-place reinforced concrete columns, shear walls and floor slabs. The majority of the vertical structural elements are supported on shallow foundations with a limited number of podium columns supported by drilled piers.
