The northernmost casino on the Atlantic City, NJ boardwalk, Ocean Resort Casino (formerly known as Revel Resort and Casino) is a 5.8 million sf entertainment resort, hotel, casino and spa sited on a large beachfront parcel with 1,000 feet of boardwalk frontage.  At 61 stories and over 735 feet, the resort’s hotel tower is the tallest building in Atlantic City and the second tallest structure in the state of New Jersey. It was also the city’s largest construction project since the construction of The Borgata. The project includes a 1,900-room cast-in-place concrete hotel and 1.5 million sf of steel framed gaming and entertainment facilities with provisions for a second residential tower of the same height.  This resort property includes 150,000 sf of casino space and 500,000 sf of dining, retail and entertainment space including a 5,500-seat theater, an expansive health club and spa, meeting space and a one-acre private beach.
