The development will bring 368 apartments and retail space to Temple’s campus
Temple University is opening a new student housing complex called View II, which will have two mixed-use towers, one 18 stories and the second 12 stories, that will be joined by a six-story connector bridge. The project will have retail and amenity space as well as surface parking available. Developed by Goldenberg Group and designed by Niles Bolton Associates, this 471,000 square foot project will have 368 student housing units. The Harman Group is structural engineer of record.
