Cambria Hotel Celebrates Grand Opening

The Cambria Hotel in Philadelphia commemorated its grand opening with a celebration on Wednesday, July 20, 2018. The 15-story flagship boutique hotel on the Avenue of the Arts brings an additional 223 hotel rooms to Philadelphia’s growing roster.

The Harman Group provided structural engineering services for the project, which was developed by Pearl Properties and designed by DAS Architects.

The 174,000 square-foot hotel features a two-story entry with a sculptural staircase leading to the main lobby and restaurant space. Hotel amenities include a boardroom for small meetings, a 2,500 square-foot multi-function meeting space, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. The hotel also features a roof-top restaurant called Attico, which at 3,000 square feet, will be the largest rooftop restaurant and bar on Broad Street when it opens in mid-July.  Texas-based Del Frisco’s Restaurant Group is also planning to open a Del Frisco’s Grille outpost on the ground floor of the building in October 2018.
